About Us

Suffolk Dance Days raises funds to offer free dance and movement classes for children in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings.

We work to source, train, equip and pay dance teachers to provide these free classes.

There are many benefits of dance and movement classes, including improving physical and mental health, developing confidence and social skills, encouraging music appreciation, and enjoyment through creative expression of emotion.
